Unions threaten TNT over pay

Post workers’ unions said on Wednesday they planned to take industrial action at TNT in support of more pay.


The company has offered 1.5% this year and 1.5% in 2009. The unions want 3.5% this year. Earlier TNT said it would cut up to 11,000 jobs if workers did not agree to a pay freeze.
