The Hague popular with marijuana growers
Police in The Hague raided 316 marijuana plantations last year with a total of 83,000 plants and a street value of €11m.
In addition, 199 people were arrested in connection with the plantations and €150,000 was clawed back from benefit claimants who were working in them.
