Prisoners mistreated in Uruzgan: NRC
Several Afghan prisoners handed over to the Afghan secret service by Dutch soldiers serving in Uruzgan claim to have been beaten, the NRC reports.
The paper says the Dutch embassy has had three claims of ill treatment over the past two years.
