No residency for visa over-stays
Foreigners who overstay their visas or who are found to have commited fraud to get a residency permit will no longer be able to claim residency in the Netherlands, the cabinet agreed on Friday.
The measure, which still has to be approved by parliament, is in line with EU rules, news agency ANP said.
