House prices slide in March

The average price of a new home fell 2.55% to €256,717 in March compared with February, according to new figures from the land registry office.

Year-on-year, house prices are up 2.5%, the registry said.
The biggest price drop was for semi-detached homes, which fell 4.9%. Prices fell most sharply in Zeeland but rose 0.5% in Limburg.
