Fewer prisoners in Dutch cells
The number of prisoners in Dutch cells has dropped rapidly, according to the central statistics office CBS.
There were 14,450 prisoners at the end of 2007, 10% fewer than the year before. Numbers dropped for the second successive year, with the total down 3,000 since 2005.
