Complaints against tax office go up
Over 22,000 people filed complaints against the tax office last year, 3,000 more than in 2006, according to the tax authority’s annual report which was sent to MPs this week.
Most of the criticism was related to deadlines (25%), administrative accuracy (20%) and automation (7%).
