Review premature baby survival rate
Junior health minister Jet Bussemaker has asked doctors to draw up guidelines governing extremely premature babies, news agency ANP reported on Tuesday evening.
Bussenmaker wants to know more about the survival chances of very early babies because the current legal limit for abortion is 24 weeks. Medical advances mean premature babies can survive at a very young age.
