Reprieve for gay Iranian teenager
Mehdi Kazemi, the gay Iranian teenager refused refugee status in the Netherlands because he first made a claim in the UK, has been given a temporary reprieve.
Britain now says his case will be reconsidered when the Netherlands deports him back to Britain because of concerns that he could be hanged if removed to his homeland.
Britain has been under pressure to review the case since the Dutch ruling.
