An unnamed foreign investor is currently carrying out a book-keeping scan on printing group Roto Smeets de Boer, chairman John Caris said on Thursday.
The new bidder is offering €40 a share, valuing the company at €131m, news agency ANP reported. Caris said a majority of RSDB shareholders supported the offer.
