Philips pension fund sells property

Property firm Nieuwe Steen Investments (NSI) announced on Monday that it has bought eight buildings in the Netherlands worth €143m from Philips Pensioenfonds.


The buildings acquired total 73,000 square metres of which 50% is rented out to the government.
The rent income from the newly acquired property is €11.2m a year.
