Ahold boss left with €7m in bonuses

Retailer Ahold, which operates the Albert Hein supermarkets, gave former CEO Anders Moberg around €7m last year, according to the company’s annual report published on Thursday.


Moberg, who stepped down in July 2007, was given a bonus of €2.5m as well as a golden handshake of €3.4m. On top of this he cashed in nearly €500,000 in shares. His basic salary was €750,000.
