ABN Amro bank has risen to fourth place from number 10 as the most popular employer among ethnic minorities in the new annual rankings compiled by the Intelligence Group, reports Friday’s Financieele Dagblad.

Supermarket Albert Heijn kept its lead while hamburger chain McDonald’s rose one place to second position. It was followed by local government (up from the ninth spot last year). Energy concern Shell lost its fifth position to Dutch Rail.
The group surveyed over a thousand people of Turkish, Moroccan, Antilleans and Suriname origin aged between 15 and 35.
