Unilever to buy Russian ice cream maker
Unilever has reached agreement with Russian ice cream maker Inmarko about a takeover, the food-to-detergent group said on Monday.
Financial details were not disclosed and the deal still needs to be approved by the competition authorities.
Inmarko is Russia’s biggest ice cream maker with a workforce of 4,500 says news agency ANP. It booked sales of €115m in 2007.
