‘Tighter controls on chicken breasts’
The consumers association says that one in three chicken breasts sold in supermarkets contains a substance that should not be there, reports ANP news agency.
The substance is most likely some form of water retention ingredient to make the meat look bigger, but the association has asked the food safety authority to step up controls.
