Staffing agencies show weak growth
Dutch temporay employment agencies have shown weak growth in turnover of 2% in the first four weeks of 2008, reports the temp agency association ABU on Tuesday.
The total number of hours worked dropped by 3% over the same period.
Strongest growth in turnover was booked in the medical sector with a 6% increase. The biggest drop in hours worked was in the administrative sector (-4%).
