Schiphol noise measuring too complicated

The current system for measuring noise pollution around Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport is too complicated and needs to be renewed, say a majority of MPs, according to Tuesday’s Volkskrant.


Two organisations currently use the figures to assess noise levels but disagree about whether official norms are being broken. Parliament will debate Schiphol noise levels on Wednesday.
