More older jobless find work
CWI job centres have helped nearly 74,000 people aged 45 and over find work over the past year, just over 27,000 more than in the previous year.
The CWI brought in 300 new case workers to help reduce unemployment among the older jobless just over a year ago.
Some 52% of the people registered at CWI offices as looking for work are aged over 45, or 8.4% of the working population.
