KLM loses most bags but arrives on time
KLM-Air France managed to lose almost 2% of passengers’ bags last year, making it one of the worst performers in Europe according to the European airline association AEA, reports Parool.
Only British Airways and Portuguese airline TAP lost more luggage.
But KLM is also one of the most punctual airlines, with 85% of flights arriving on time.
Budget airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet are not members of the AEA.
