A bag-snatch victim will today appear in court in Amsterdam charged with the manslaughter of the teenager who stole a bag out of her car.


Germaine C. allegedly killed Ali el B. by reversing her car at his moped and forcing him into a tree.
The incident happened three years ago but the public prosecution department took two years to investigate the case.
