Universities and hbo colleges who find a student’s behaviour unsuitable for their chosen career will be able to refuse them a place, reports Tuesday’s AD.

The education ministry wants to introduce the new ruling on September 1 2009.
A spokesperson for the universities told the paper that refusal would only apply in special circumstances, such as ‘a medical student who couldn’t keep his hands off women or a law student caught defrauding someone’.
