Alcohol lock popular in Friesland

Some 760 motorists in Friesland have applied to take part in trials to test alcohol locks on cars, news agency ANP reports.

Eighty drivers will be selected to take part. The locks prevent a car from starting if the driver has drunk more than the legal limit.
