Van Nistelrooy to stay at Real Madrid
Dutch striker Ruud van Nistelrooy has extended his contract with the Spanish league champion Real Madrid to 2010. No financial details of the new deal were disclosed.
Van Nistelrooy (31) has scored 25 goals since joining Real Madrid from Manchester United in July 2006. The Spanish club paid €15m for the Dutch player.
