Van Nieuwkerk is tv personality of the year
Matthijs van Nieuwkerk, the hyperactive presenter of magazine programme De Wereld Draait Door, has won TV Personality of 2007 in the Dutch broadcasting industry’s new Audio Visual Awards.
He was chosen by a jury of tv and radio professionals.
Tv veteran Koos Postema won the Career Award. Pierre Bokma and Georgina Verbaan won best actor and actress for their roles in the tv series ‘t Schaap met de 5 Pooten.
