Unit 4 Agresso plans biggest takeover
Software provider Unit 4 Agresso plans to take over UK peer Coda for €209m, its biggest ever takeover.
In December, Unit 4 Agresso made an indicative offer of 205 pence a share for the company, saying it will pay for the deal in cash.
The merged company would be one of the top 10 corporate software suppliers in Europe, news agency ANP said.
