People in The Hague are more prepared than Rotterdammers and Amsterdammers to spend money on parks and green spaces, according to researchers at the Vrije University and planning agency CPB.

The researchers say that because houses are smaller in Amsterdam, locals would prefer to spend money on bigger homes than parks.
In The Hague, parks are prefered to bigger homes and in Rotterdam both are equally valued.
