OECD urges action on school drop-outs
The Netherlands needs to take action to cut the number of school drop-outs which is much higher here than in neighbouring countries, according to think-tank Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
Some 12% of Dutch school-leavers do not have any qualifications. And the OECD points out that one in five of young Dutch unemployed people have been out of work for over a year.
