Former prime minister Joop den Uyl is the subject of a new feature film which highlights his dilemma over the Lockheed corruption scandal in 1976. De 7 Dagen van Den Uyl follows Den Uyl as he dealt with the allegations that prince Bernhard had accepted a $1m bribe.

The name of the actor who will play Den Uyl (who died in 1987) in De 7 Dagen Van Den Uyl has not yet been announced.
Den Uyl was Labour party leader from 1967 to 1986 and prime minister from 1973 to 1977.
