House sales down in 2007
The number of houses and flats which changed owners last year fell by 3.5% compared with 2006, says national statistics office CBS.
In total, 202,000 houses changed hands, the CBS said.
Earlier this month, the estate agents organisation NVM warned that the housing market was stagnating.
