Some 250 private investors are joining forces to take legal action against investment fund PalmInvest whose founders and director were arrested on Monday, said law firm Bartels on Thursday evening.

Justice ministry officials suspect that only a small portion of the money given to the company by investors has been put into Dubai property as intended.
Bartels said it is also holding other companies and individuals involved with PalmInvest responsible for damages. These include ABN Amro bank, Amsterdam Arena stadium, business tv show RTL-Z and tv presenter Harry Mens.
