No European flag for parliament
Plans to erect a flagpole for the European flag outside the parliament building in The Hague have been rejected by a narrow majority of MPs.
‘I am not going to vote in favour of this rubbish,’ Luuk Blom, Labour’s spokesman on European affairs told news service ANP.
