Health insurance giant created
Health insurance companies Eureko/Achmea and Agis have been given the final go ahead to merge by their members.
The deal, first announced in July, creates the biggest health insurance group in the country with 4.7 million policy holders. Agis will become an independent unit within the Achmea group.
