Chemists must stop anti-insurer campaign

A court in The Hague has ordered dispensing chemists to immediately halt their public campaign against health insurers.

The court ruled the adverts wrongly suggest that some health insurers have more say in which medicines a patient take than doctors.
The campaign follows a decision by some insurers to only pay for cheaper generic drugs from January 1.
