Cecile wins top model prize
Green-eyed redhead Cecile Sinclair has won the latest Holland’s Next Top Model competition.
The 20-year-old half Dutch, half English student from Middelburg beat her rivals Kassandra and Carmen in the live tv finale on Monday night and will go on to compete for the world title in New York in January.
