Wind normal for November, says KNMI
Friday’s stormy weather was normal in terms of wind speeds, reaching a maximum of Force 9, weather bureau KNMI said.
However, the sea level reached its highest point since the floods of 1953, when nearly 2.000 people drowned, the KNMI said.
