At least 10 court cases involving a judge who had not been officially sworn in will have to be retried, a court in Den Bosch decided on Thursday.

Four people sentenced to jail will remain in custody pending the retrial.
Last week, eight other suspects were released from custody because the ‘unofficial’ judge was involved in their pre-trial hearings.
