Satellite navigation system makers TomTom and Garmin have settled all their ongoing patent disputes out of court, the Dutch company announced on Thursday evening.


No details of the deals, which cover the US, UK and the Netherlands, were made public.
TomTom and its US rival are currently embroiled in a takeover battle for digital map maker Tele Atlas.
