Operation silences singer Jan Smit
Singer Jan Smit, currently riding high in the charts with Dan Volg Je Haar Benen, will be out of action for at least six months following an operation on his vocal chords.
Smit, 21, who has been in the music spotlight since he was 11, will also have to stop his tv presenting work.
