Holland violated journalist’s human rights
The Netherlands infringed the human rights of journalist Koen Voskuil when it jailed him for refusing to reveal a source, the European court of human rights said in a unanimous ruling on Thursday.
Voskuil was put in prison for 18 days in 2000 because he would not name an anonymous police source despite a court order.
