Getronics off stock exchange in December

IT firm Getronics will be removed from the Amsterdam stock exchange in December following its takeover by telecom concern KPN.


The last day Getronics shares can be traded will be 11 December, the two companies said in a statement on Wednesday.
KPN has acquired Getronics for €755m. The company has 24,000 employees in 25 countries and booked a turnover of €2.6bn in 2006.
