Luxury car maker Spyker has reached a definite deal on the sale of its Formula 1 racing team to its former boss Michiel Mol and businessman Vijay Mallya.


The duo are paying €88m for the Spyker team, which the car maker bought a year ago for €84m.
Spyker will use the money to pay debts.
