More than 60% of Dutch employees are dissatisfied with their work and would like to leave, while 16% are actively looking for a new job, says a survey by Towers Perrin published in today’s Volkskrant.

And while salary was hardly a factor worth mentioning in the same survey two years ago, it is now the number one reason for working.
