KPN finalises Getronics takeover
KPN on Monday declared its takeover of IT group Getronics definite, after almost 90% of the shares were tendered.
The takeover brings to an end a difficult period for Getronics which has been beset by profit warnings, takeover speculation and a book-keeping scandal at an Italian subsidiary.
