Bike sales up 10% in first half 2007

Add as a favourite source on Google Add DutchNews as a favourite source on GoogleBicycle sales in the first half of 2007 rose by 10%, report motor trade organisation Bovag and manufacturers association RAI.
Most popular is the city bike with a market share of 60%. The biggest increase was booked by electric bikes which accounted for 5% of total sales, up from 3% in 2006.
