Paint and chemicals group Akzo Nobel is to sell its its Nobilas Claims and Fleet unit to British insurance company Innovation Group.

Nobilas, which has a workforce of 300 and focuses on car repair and claims management, is no longer a core unit, a spokeswoman said.
News service ANP puts the sales price at ‘less than €1m’ and says the unit makes a slight loss.
