The pressure on the Dutch national football team for Wednesday’s European Championship qualifying game against Albania is off following their 2-0 victory over Bulgaria at the weekend.

John Heitinga will not be joining the Dutch team against Albania for personal reasons and it is unclear whether Wesley Sneijder will be fit enough to play following an ankle injury during training on Monday, reports ANP news service.
Dutch coach Marco van Basten is taking 20 players to Albania, including Rafael van der Vaart who has now recovered from the calf injury which kept him off the pitch on Saturday.
