Potatoes make yoghurt more creamy

Chemicals firm DSM and potato starch producer Avebe have jointly developed a new product which the manufactures claim make yoghurt and dairy drinks ‘even creamier’.

Etenia is based on potato starch and is an ideal replacement for fats, the two firms said.
