‘Integration course rules too complex’
Only 500 of the 4,000 people who should be attending integration courses in The Hague are actually doing so because the new rules are too complicated and do not work properly, city council officials said on Tuesday.
On top of that, some 28% of the names on the official list of people who are required to take a course do not actually have to, such as expats, officials said.
