Employers criticise BV changes
The employers’ organisation strongly criticises proposals by the justice minister Ernst Hirsch Ballin to change the legal criteria for setting up a limited company (BV) in the Netherlands in today’s Financieele Dagblad.
The VNO-NCW say that the changes will mean extra personal financial responsibility for company bosses in the case of bankruptcy, making it unattractive to set up new businesses.
