Building group BAM ups profit forecast

Building company BAM has increased its full year profit forecast by €20m to €230m, the company said at the presentation of its first-half figures on Thursday.


Lower tax pressure and completed projects in the UK and Belgium helped boost first half earnings to €126.3m, compared with almost €90m in the 2006 first-half. Turnover was up 6% at €4bn.
